Our Current State Analysis service is evidence-based, systematic, engaging, and delivers results that can be understood by all levels of stakeholders. We follow a high level sequence that can be customised to your needs:

  1. Establish capability, service or process catalogue. This could be a Hire-to-Retire set or a functionally-specific (e.g. Hire) catalogue.

  2. Agree on the investigation framework, which will specify what information we will be populating. We want to maximise the ratings we gather, e.g. ‘Low’ Risk rating per process, gather a suitable amount of qualitative data to offer context to those ratings, and make the most of the time that your SME’s make available to the initiative.

  3. Develop visualisations, insights and summations. We turn a rich data set into something that can be used by your service owners and / or executive team for developing strategies and improvement plans. This often includes heat-maps, summary tables, and observations based on what we’ve seen within and outside of your organisation.

  4. Playback, refinement and finalisation. The analysis is collaborative; we work with you to ensure it’s communicating the right findings.

  5. Feed into Roapmapping process / other planning. The Current State Analysis is hugely valuable in focusing discussions on what matters, based on the evidence available. We add objectivity to a sometimes difficult process.
